Shipping & Delivery

• Ships via common carrier (freight prepaid) — freight is prepaid by Gared and added to your invoice.
• A delivery appointment may be required. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
• Inspect your shipment within 3 days of receipt. Notify us immediately at support@sportsvistausa.com if any items are missing or damaged.

Returns & Warranty

• Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact support@sportsvistausa.com to request one before sending any items back. Returns received without an RMA number will be refused.
• A 25% restocking fee (minimum $50.00) applies to refused or undeliverable orders.
• Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. Items must be packed carefully to prevent damage in transit.
• Warranty: Gared products are covered against manufacturing defects. Contact us to initiate a warranty claim.
