At Sports Vista USA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are oversized, freight-shipped, or manufacturer-direct items, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

All original parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included

Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, contact us at support@sportsvistausa.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return instructions will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Restocking Fees
Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on manufacturer and supplier policies.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Freight & Damaged Shipments
Many of our products ship via freight carrier. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery before signing.
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report freight damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to file a shipping claim.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as separate transactions once the original return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@sportsvistausa.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under this return policy.
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation after production has begun.
