Do you keep products in stock?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product, manufacturer, and delivery location. Smaller items may ship via standard carriers, while larger products such as basketball hoops and court equipment may ship via freight carriers and require additional transit time.


Do you offer freight delivery?

Yes. Many oversized products are delivered via freight carriers. Freight deliveries may require scheduling and are typically delivered curbside unless otherwise noted.

Products shipped via freight carrier may arrive in multiple boxes or pallets.

Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

Please inspect your shipment for:

  • Missing boxes or components
  • Crushed, punctured, or torn packaging
  • Signs of mishandling during transit

If damage is observed:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take photos of the shipment and packaging.

  • Retain all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect the ability to file a shipping claim with the carrier.


How can I track my order?
