Large Equipment & Freight Delivery

Oversized items such as in-ground basketball hoops, portable systems, large volleyball systems, court equipment, and other heavy products may ship by LTL freight carrier.

• For eligible freight-shipped products, standard outbound freight is covered within the contiguous United States unless the product page, custom quote, or checkout states otherwise.
• The carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window, and someone must be present to sign.
• Standard freight delivery is curbside. Moving equipment into a garage, home, backyard, building, court area, or installation location is not included.
• Inside delivery, installation, assembly, storage, redelivery, address corrections, missed appointment fees, and other special carrier charges are not included in standard freight coverage.

Parcel Shipments

Smaller items and accessories may ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another parcel carrier. Tracking is provided when available, and some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

Many small parcel items ship within 1–3 business days, and many freight items ship within 1–5 business days after processing. Custom, special-order, and manufacturer-direct products can take longer. All timelines are estimates.

Inspect Freight Deliveries Before Signing

Inspect the shipment before signing. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours.

Where We Ship

We primarily ship within the United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, and international destinations may require a custom quote or may not be available for certain products.
